س: مرحبًا،
لدي بعض المخاوف بشأن عقد عملي وراتبي.
هل يجوز لصاحب العمل تجديد عقدي بدون توقيع؟
هل يجوز أن يكون راتبي في عقدي الأول مختلفًا عن راتبي في عقدي الثاني؟
في عقدي الأول، كان الراتب 3500 وبعد تجديد عقدي، جعلوه 1500 بدون إبلاغي.

س: مرحبًا،
أنا مسؤول مبيعات تنفيذي هنا في الإمارات، وقد انتهى بالفعل عقدي الثاني الذي مدته سنتان مع شركتي الحالية. أنا بحاجة الى مساعدتك.
انتهى عقدي في 3 يونيو الماضي 2018، وسألتهم قبل هذا عن التجديد فأخبروني بعد رمضان.
الآن وأنا أتابع معهم أخبروني أنهم سيجددون عقدي ولكنهم يرغبون في تقليل راتبي، وهذا لا أستطيع أن أقبله. لم نناقش أيًا من هذه التغييرات قبل انتهاء عقدي.
إذا لم أقبل هذا العرض، فما هي الأشياء التي يحق لي قانونًا الحصول عليها من شركتي السابقة؟
علاوة على ذلك، لا يزال لديّ عمولة معلقة منذ عام 2016 من " اتفاق شرف بيننا ". سيتم دفع 2٪ من قيمة كل فاتورة من الفواتير المدفوعة كعمولة لي.
هل هناك أي طريقة للحصول عليها؟ لدي إثبات / تسجيل بحصولي على العمولة. كنت أحاول الحصول على عمولتي منذ عام 2016 ولكن كان لديه دائمًا سبب لتأجيلها.

Q: Dear Lawyers,
I joined a company in Dubai. According to the contract agreement given to me by the company, if I leave before the fixed contract period, I have to give two months' notice and pay a sum of 6000 dirhams.
I agreed to this and continued to work under that agreement. However, the company has now introduced a new contract agreement, and all employees are under pressure to sign it.
The new conditions state that no employee can take a similar job in the UAE and must agree to pay USD 3500 (AED 12600) upon leaving during the contract period.
What actions can I take regarding the unfairness of this situation?
