If an employee ends the contract early, do they lose all benefits?

If an employee terminates the limited contract before the expiry date, they are not eligible for any benefits like gratuity, leave salary, and ticket.
Instead, the employee has to compensate the employer with 45 days' salary if the employer makes a claim for it.

The first paragraph has no legal basis.
As for the second, the employer can demand notice allowance as a basic month’s salary if it is explicitly stipulated in the lease contract.
However, if the worker notified the employer a month ago from the date of resignation, he does not have to pay anything.

According to Article 43 of the Labor Law, either party to the contract may terminate the employment contract “for any legitimate reason,” provided that:
- Warn the other party in writing.
- Continue implementing the contract during the warning period, which must not be less than one month and not exceed three months.
The party that did not adhere to the warning period must pay the other party compensation called “warning allowance,” which is equal to one month’s wages
The employer can deduct part of the worker’s end-of-service gratuity if he has outstanding amounts of loans, advances, etc.
During the probation period, if the worker leaves work on his own initiative during the probation period, he is not entitled to any benefits for the work period.
