Should I continue with the labor case in court or accept the company's settlement?
Dear Sir/Madam,
My labor case is currently being executed in the labor court. Meanwhile, the company is proposing a mutual agreement to settle the matter through installments.
Should I ask the company to discuss this matter further in court or consider a mutual agreement?
Please advise me on what further steps I should take.

Dear questioner,
If you need to settle the matter with the company through a settlement agreement, you can proceed accordingly.
However, please remember there will be some charges for withdrawing the case, so ask the company to bear these expenses.
Also, request the company to submit the settlement agreement through the courts instead of dealing outside the court.
If you do not trust your company, it would be better to continue with the proceedings in court.
Dear client,
It is better to make the settlement through the court. The court will consider the settlement as an official order.
In the future, if the other party stops paying, you can file for execution directly based on the settlement, which will be attested by the court and considered as the final judgment.
Bets Regards,
Dear Questioner,
We can assist you with the settlement with the company, but before that, we prefer to help you compare your rights as per the law, what your company is offering, and any costs that might be involved.
Accordingly, you will be able to make a calculated decision.

Dear Questioner,
It's up to your convenience. Either way, you will receive the amount.
If you choose to settle with the company through a mutual agreement, the expenses should also be included, and you should submit the withdrawal of the case.
Alternatively, you can proceed with the court. If you need further clarification, feel free to ask.
