Dear Questioner,

Considering the information you provided, we recommend verifying if there are any travel bans in place for you in the UAE.

If so, it is advisable to settle any outstanding debts and lift the bans before planning your visit to the country.

Dear Questioner,

According to UAE law, if you have any outstanding debts or legal issues in the country, you may face difficulties entering the UAE.

The UAE has strict laws regarding financial obligations, and failure to pay debts can result in legal implications.

If you have unpaid credit card debts from 2009, it is possible that a travel ban may have been placed on you.

This means that you will not be allowed to enter the UAE until the debt is paid off or a settlement is reached with the creditor.

It is important to note that the statute of limitations for debt in the UAE is 15 years. This means that the creditor has 15 years to pursue legal action against you for the unpaid debt.

If the statute of limitations has not yet expired, it is possible that the creditor may still take legal action against you.

So, it is advisable to get the immigration check done before you plan to visit the UAE.

Dear questioner,

It is advisable to conduct a travel ban check or a court case check to confirm that there is no travel ban on your name in UAE, then we can plan to visit the UAE.

Dear user,

If you have outstanding debt, the bank probably filed a case against you and imposed a travel ban, therefore, we suggest making sure you don't have a travel ban or any active cases against you before traveling.
