Terminated due to company losses: What are the labor rights deserved?

Dear Sir/Madam,

My husband has been working for a company for 4.5 years. However, he was terminated with a one-month notice until the end of February due to company losses.

Can he receive three months' salary, gratuity, and leave?

Yes, it is considered unfair dismissal and he is entitled to an end-of-service reward and vacation allowance.

Dear Questioner,

You have the right to receive the pending salary, gratuity, and annual leave salary from the employer.

You will receive 3 months' salary only if the company did not serve a proper termination notice mentioning the redundancy or restructuring as the reason for the termination.

However, you only receive three months' salary if the employer has not complied with the procedures of notice of termination.
