Can the other party in a car accident ask me for money if my insurance does not cover third-party repairs?
I have fully comprehensive car insurance with agency repair and just had an accident in Dubai where it was my fault.
The other car is a [-----] with a warranty and my insurance has approved their claim but won’t let them get the repairs at the agency.
It turns out the agency repair on my policy is for me only not for third parties.
Now the [----] warranty becomes void if they don’t go to the agency which my insurance won’t cover so the [----] owner is asking me for the money now!
What do I do?
