I got arrested in KSA for a criminal case I have in the UAE. How to remove the case in KSA?
I had one criminal case in UAE. I came to Saudi Arabia and the police caught me while going back as they said you have a case in UAE and they put my name in GCC Interpol.
The case of the UAE is closed now. How to remove this case from GCCPOL or Saudi Arabia?
After checking with Saudi Authorities, the case is still showing open in their system, although I have got a clearance report from the UAE and shown it to Saudi Authorities.
I need help in this regard.

First, ensure you have official confirmation of case closure from UAE authorities.
Contact GCC Interpol and Saudi authorities, provide them with the UAE clearance report, and cooperate fully with their requirements.

Make a formal request to the Saudi Arabian authorities for a thorough review of your status in the GCCPOL system.
Clearly explain that the UAE case has been closed and you have provided the necessary clearance documentation.
Attach copies of any supporting documents that substantiate your claim, such as communication records with the UAE authorities, legal documents, or any other relevant evidence.
