Can I travel to work in Qatar if I left the UAE with pending loans and credit card?
I have worked in the UAE, but unfortunately I lost my job after the company forced me to resign. This was last 2017.
Due to job loss, I was unable to pay my bank loans and credit card. Banks still keep sending me emails about unpaid loans and credit card.
I now need to travel to qatar due to work, what are the consequences if there is a travel ban and a civil case is raised in the UAE or GCC countries?
Can I enter Qatar?
Would I be arrested?
Am I at risk and should not take the job?
What are my options?
Please advise!
Thanks!

The situation varies depending on the type of case and amount.
Usually, there are no issues with travelling to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
However, there are some cases where convicted individuals are prohibited from entering GCC countries.
Nevertheless, before transiting through Dubai airports, it is essential for you to ensure that there are no arrest warrants against you, in order to travel safely.
We can help you in checking this. contact us via WhatsApp at or by email.
Definitely, you can not travel to any GCC countries if there are already cases against you.
We can undertake a complete inspection of all UAE systems for you to determine the root cause of that in your profile and recommend the best approach to resolve it.
The service price is AED 1000. If you are interested, please send us a copy of your passport on Whatsapp.
Dear user,
If the bank has imposed a travel ban on you and you are still inside the UAE, then you will not be able to leave the country until you settle the amount and get the bank to lift your travel ban and drop the cases against you if any.
Otherwise, If you are outside the UAE and you wish to travel to a GCC country, generally, a travel ban in the UAE will not affect your entry to GCC countries unless you have a case with Interpol (criminal cases).
Regards.
