Visa rejection due to pending RDC case: Does NOC exempt overstay?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had a pending RDC case, which resulted in the rejection of my visa renewal/new visa application.
I obtained an NOC from the court for visa application on November 21st. However, when my company processed my visa renewal, it showed a 45-day overstay.
How can I exempt this overstay? I am getting a new job after 18 months.

Hi,
This is Nada.
In this case, you can get a certificate from the court confirming that you have a case submit a request to immigration, and attach the certificate.
They can give you a discount or waive the fines.

Dear Client,
Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
To address the overstay issue after receiving an NOC from the court, visit the immigration authorities with the NOC, explain your situation, and request the removal of the overstay penalty.
Comply with their instructions and ensure your new employer processes your visa application correctly.
This should help you resolve the overstay matter and proceed with your new job.

Explain the situation to the GDRFA and provide them with a copy of your NOC.
Request that they update your visa status and remove the overstay flag.
If necessary, provide the GDRFA with any additional documentation that supports your claim, such as a copy of your court order or a letter from your employer explaining the delay in obtaining the NOC.

Now, you have to make a request to clear this overstay fine.
You may submit this request to the authority or if you want, we can submit the request as well for a charge.
