لقد فرضت عليّ إدارة الهجرة منع من السفر مدى الحياة بسبب تجاوز مدة الإقامة المحددة لتأشيرة العمل. غادرت دولة الإمارات طواعية في عام 2015. كما أنهم أخذوا بصمة العين أيضًا.
أقيم في مدينة كراتشي الباكستانية وأريد زيارة دولة الإمارات مرة أخرى. يمكنني تقديم ختم جواز السفر وختم الخروج... وما إلى ذلك.
هل يمكن لمحامي هجرة النظر في حالة المنع الخاصة بي والتحقق مما إذا كان هناك إمكانية لرفع المنع المفروض عليّ؟

When I was traveling to my home country in the airport, I came to know that I have a ban for lifetime from the UAE.
I asked the police about the reason for the ban for lifetime, they said they can’t discose it.

I got a lifetime ban because I could not pay my employment expenses. How to remove the ban?
Q: Hi
I was working in a taxi company. Unfortunately, I was not able to pay their expenses which they spent on my visa fee and license.
There was no other due payment on me, only the expenses that the company spent on the license and some other fees.
They were holding my passport and I needed to come back home urgently. I told them that I couldn't pay 9 thousand dirhams at once, so they put a lifetime ban on me.
Can this type of ban be removed or not?
If there is any chance to lift it, I will try and bear all the expenses.
Also, I want to know if this ban is for all the emirates or only for the emirate of Dubai.

I purchased a tour voucher from a holiday agency in Dubai in 2023 worth AED 4239.00, but was not able to use it due to a visa problem.
I have constant email and communication through phone with them, and they informed me back then that my voucher will be available and has no expiration date that I can use anytime I want.
Now I wanted to use it, so I called them last Saturday, 31st May 2025, and they told me it has already expired due to the new policy.
Can I still claim and ask for my money back?

Is it possible for me to get a visa with an ongoing criminal case, travel ban, and civil cases (judgments issued)?

Landlord cashed my rent but won’t renew Ejari unless I accept a higher deposit. What should I do?
Hello,
I had a rental dispute case with my landlord. Based on the judgment, I paid the entire rent to the landlord, which the landlord has already cashed.
He is not issuing the Ejari because he wants to increase the security deposit by 10% every year, which I am not accepting. I have already given the 5% security deposit.
The landlord is not accepting it. He is forcing me to sign a new agreement, otherwise he will not renew the lease agreement.
Please let me know what I should do.

Cargo from Dubai to India arrived late and damaged. What should I do?
Hello,
I had sent a cargo from Dubai to India. I received the cargo late and with 35% damage. My TV, for which I had paid AED 1500 separately as cargo fees, was received after nearly 2 months in a completely damaged condition.
The cooking range was received after nearly 6 months and had superficial damage. They are not replying to my emails but are only responding through WhatsApp.
Could anyone please guide me?

Can an international supplier still sue me in 2025 for unpaid stock delivered in 2019?

I own and run a company. We received stock from an international supplier in 2019. However, we were unable to pay due to financial circumstances.
The supplier is now threatening to file a civil case in 2025.
Is there a limitation period within which they can still pursue this debt?
