أنا مقيم في المملكة المتحدة. كنت أعيش سابقًا في دبي حتى عام 2017. تم ترحيلي من دبي في عام 2017 بسبب قضية غير مالية.
عندما تم ترحيلي، كان هناك رصيد مستحق على بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بي في البنك ولم أتمكن من سداده والآن قامت شركة مقرها المملكة المتحدة برفع قضية أمام المحكمة في المملكة المتحدة لاسترداد المبلغ.
لذلك أسئلتي هي:
1. هل تحتاج الشركة في المملكة المتحدة إلى محكمة في دبي للنظر في هذه القضية في المملكة المتحدة؟
2. كيف يمكن لمحاكم المملكة المتحدة قبول قضية التسوية المالية (بطاقة الائتمان) دون التأكيد رسميًا على ما إذا كانت القضية مرفوعة في دبي أو الإمارات؟
3. هل لا يزال بإمكان البنك متابعة القضية ضدي إذا تم ترحيلي من قبل محاكم دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لأنني لم أهرب من الإمارات؟

تسوية القضايا بعد فقدان الوظيفة والتخلف عن سداد الالتزامات المالية

س: مرحبًا سيدي،
يواجه أحد أصدقائي المشاكل التالية. كيف يمكنه تسوية هذه المشاكل؟
1- تجاوز مدة الإقامة المحددة لسنتين.
2- قضية مع البلدية حيث فقد وظيفته ودخل المستشفى لمدة شهر تقريبًا.
3- قرض بنكي.
4- بعض البطاقات الائتمانية.
في الوقت الحالي ليس لديه وظيفة لاستئناف السداد. كما أنه مريض جدًا وغير قادر على المشي حاليًا. ليس لديه أي موارد مالية لسداد أيًا مما سبق.
ما هي أفضل طريقة لتسوية قضيته؟ هل يمكنه تسليم نفسه إلى الشرطة؟
سيكون من الجيد تقديم المساعدة لنا في هذا الوقت الصعب للغاية.

Q: A person currently under a deportation order wishes to appoint a trusted person with Power of Attorney (POA) to manage their financial and legal matters, including access to their bank account and other obligations.
What is the process for obtaining and registering a POA in this situation?
Can it be done while they are still in custody, and what steps should they follow to ensure?

The employment contract is set to conclude on 31st May 2025. The employee initiated discussions regarding a salary increment approximately 30 days prior, during which the management engaged in meetings with the employee but ultimately decided to maintain the current salary.
The employee subsequently chose not to renew or continue the employment, this decision having been finalized in a meeting held on 20th May 2025.
How does the notice period apply in this context?
Specifically:
1) Would the grace period (30 days after the contract/visa ends) be considered as fulfilling the notice period requirement?
2) Is the employee entitled to request a different salary during this grace or notice period?

I work for a Meydan Freezone employer under a limited contract. The employer has terminated my contract without notice after 1 year and is not offering to pay 3 months' compensation severance, nor a notice period, nor a correct settlement.
They are asking me to sign a contract to waive it. I contacted MOHRE, who stated you need a NOC or referral letter from Meydan, but Meydan stated they do not issue one, and private matters and disputes are between you and the employer.

The prosecution appealed the judgment, and we also received an acquittal verdict from the misdemeanour appeal court.

Please, I need help. I had a case where someone sent money to my account. I was selling USDT, but another person used me, scammed the person, and sent money to my account.
I sent the USDT. I didn't know the person who sent the money to my account, so I gave him the USDT. Later, I was arrested for scam and using cryptocurrency without a license.
The judgment came out: to pay 900 AED, 1 month imprisonment, and deportation. Please, can I appeal not to be deported?
