س: أنا من رومانيا لكني أعيش في ألمانيا. في يناير 2022، حصلت على عرض عمل في دبي وقبلته.
أرسل لي كفيلي تأشيرة عمل إلكترونية وأخبرني أن موظف الهجرة يجب أن يختمها حتى نتمكن من المضي قدمًا في تأشيرة الإقامة.
وبعد بضعة أيام، تم إرسالي لإجراء الفحص الطبي واكتشفت أنني مصاب بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية. اضطر كفيلي إلى إلغاء العملية برمتها، ولذلك تم ترحيلي. كما قاموا بأخذ بصمة العين.
الآن، فيما يتعلق بإلغاء تأشيرتي بعد الدخول، فهذا يعني أنني حصلت على منع دائم بسبب الحالة الطبية غير الملائمة. أنا أتناول الدواء الآن وأخبرني طبيبي أن الأمر قد يستغرق بضعة أشهر حتى أصبح خاليًا من فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية.
هل يمكنني العودة إلى الإمارات للعمل مرة أخرى؟

لقد تم ترحيلي من دولة الإمارات شهر نوفمبر الماضي، لأنهم اكتشفوا أنني مُصاب بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية في الدم. ولذلك، حصلت على حظر دائم. منذ ذلك الحين أتناول أدوية لعلاج فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية.
الحمل الفيروسي لفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية في دمي أصبح الآن غير قابل للاكتشاف مما يعني أنه غير قابل للانتقال. لذلك أتساءل عما إذا كان يمكنني رفع الحظر المفروض علي. هل هناك طريقة للقيام بذلك؟

1. سؤالي هو أنه بمجرد أن تكون نتيجة إصابتي بفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية سلبية، هل يمكنني العودة إلى الإمارات بتأشيرة زيارة أو تأشيرة عمل؟
2. ماذا عن دول الخليج الأخرى؟ هل يمكنني زيارتها أم أنهم سيرسلون تقريرًا إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي الأخرى أيضًا بسبب منعي دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لظهور نتيجة إيجابية لفحص فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية؟

A bank has filed an execution cheques case through the Dubai Courts due to nonpayment of a personal loan and credit card.
Is a travel ban automatically applied?
I looked on the Dubai Courts website, and it says the judge has issued a “reserved” order for my case.
Furthermore, when the bank emails, they threaten me with a travel ban. So I am assuming there is no travel ban issued (but I don’t know). I haven’t received any notice of a travel ban.
If there is a travel ban, how do I find out?
I have checked the Dubai police app, and there are no financial crimes against me.
Please advise if you know.

Can I claim compensation for emotional distress and pregnancy loss?
Good afternoon,
A gentleman insulted me severely over the phone during a delicate moment in my life when I was pregnant. He conveyed harsh messages through chat, causing me to feel sick, panicked, and scared.
Unfortunately, I lost my baby after this incident. I have reported the matter to the police and won the case, leading to the confiscation of his phone and imposition of a fine.
However, I believe I deserve compensation for the mistreatment. Can I pursue damages, and if so, what amount can I claim for my loss and damage?

Can my company make my position redundant and hire somebody else after I was terminated?
My company terminated my employment because it was making the position I held redundant.
I was advised that in no way was this performance-related but purely a restructuring exercise.
However, within 1 month of leaving the company, they have externally recruited another person to fill my exact position, with the same job title, that they made redundant.
Whilst I believe that this is unethical behavior, could anyone tell me if this is legal within the UAE or should I lodge a complaint for unfair dismissal?
