What does it mean when the court decides "Deferred To Interrogation"?
I have a final judgment in labor, but the status is changed to Deferred To Interrogation.
What does it mean?
The deferred judgment provides an opportunity for the parties to negotiate and potentially reach a settlement, either through mediation or other forms of dispute resolution.
By deferring the judgment, the court allows additional time for the parties to find a mutually acceptable solution without the need for a trial.
Dear Client,
Thanks for your question, I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
When a UAE court changes a case's status to "Deferred to Interrogation," it means the court is delaying proceedings to gather more information, conduct investigations, or allow parties to provide additional evidence or clarification before issuing a final judgment.
This status indicates the court needs more time to assess the case thoroughly.
