Employer claims I received dues and passport, but I didn't. What to do?
Hi everyone,
I filed a case against my employer for cancellation, my pending salary, and my passport.
He submitted an answer to the court denying the allegations, stating that he gave me my pending salary in cash and my passport in front of five witnesses, two of whom are his sons and three of whom are his employees.
However, I did not receive even a single dirham or my passport.

Dear Questioner,
You have to submit a petition of order to the court requesting the court to order your employer to hand over your passport, and when you get the court order, you execute it at the police station.
Then, you submit the statement of the petition of order to the labor court to prove that your employer possesses your passport.
For your dues, since you didn't sign on a clearance that you have received your pending salary, then your claim is valid and true.
