Is employer who delays salaries, liable for bad credit history of the employees?

Good day,

I just want to find out. The company does not pay salaries for months. Now I have a bad credit record in the UAE.

Can I open a case of defamation because the company is giving me a bad name with the banks and with my landlord who is about to open cases against me?

Dear,

You may raise complaint before the Ministry of Labor against the employer.

The liabilities are personal and should be paid by the person availing it and taking benefit therefrom which does not come under the scope of liability of the employer.
