ها هو الوضع: (س) (الزوج) و(ص) (الزوجة) هما زوجان ويقيمان في كندا. ومع ذلك، فإن (ص) منفصلة عن (س) وتسعى إلى الطلاق.
عندما كانت (ص) في الهند كجزء من عملية انفصاله عن (س)، أرسل شخص آخر (أ) رسالة واتساب حميمة إليها. لاحظ أيضًا أن (ص) و (أ) في حالة حب.
يعيش (أ) في دبي حاليًا. هل هناك أي سند قانوني إذا قام (س) بمقاضاة (أ) في الإمارات؟
