س: لقد قدمت شكوى عمالية ضد صاحب العمل السابق لعدم دفع الراتب وتم إحالة القضية إلى المحكمة.
1. حصلت على عرض عمل جديد. إذا قدم صاحب العمل الجديد طلب للحصول على تصريح عمل مؤقت لمدة ستة أشهر ولم تنتهي القضية في غضون ذلك الوقت، فهل يمكنه تقديم طلب لتمديد تصريح العمل أو استخراج تصريح مؤقت جديد لمدة ستة أشهر أخرى أو حتى تنتهي القضية؟
2. ستنتهي تأشيرتي في غضون شهرين. ماذا سيحدث للتأشيرة؟
3. هل يمكنني تجديدها بالرغم من القضية لمدة ستة أشهر على الأقل بناءً على تصريح العمل؟

إلغاء تأشيرة العمل وتمديد فترة السماح
س: مرحبًا،
لديّ قضية عمالية في محاكم دبي. لم تصدر المحكمة حكمها بعد، وأجلت الجلسة (إلى 14 فبراير 2019) وهذا التاريخ يجاوز تاريخ انتهاء التأشيرة (ستنتهي التأشيرة في 07 فبراير 2019).
لم يحضر صاحب الشركة الجلسات الثلاث الأولى، وهو خارج البلد الآن ولم يتم تجديد رخصته التجارية لفترة ثانية.
لا أستطيع العمل في مكان آخر لأنه لم يتم إلغاء بطاقة العمل الخاصة بي. أواجه وقتًا عصيبًا الآن بسبب هذه القضايا ووصلت إجراءات المحكمة إلى الشهر الثالث.
تنتهي صلاحية تأشيرة عائلتي (فردان) في أغسطس 2019.
هل أحتاج إلى إلغاء تأشيراتهم قبل تاريخ انتهاء صلاحية تأشيرتي أو الحصول على تصريح خاص للاحتفاظ بتأشيراتهم حتى تاريخ الانتهاء لأن لدي قضية عمالية منظورة أمام المحكمة وتقدمت بطلب إلى المحكمة للحصول على أمر إقامة مؤقت؟
من فضلك ساعدنى. كيف يمكنني إلغاء التأشيرة وعقد العمل الخاص بي حتى أتمكن من الانضمام إلى شركة أخرى والبدء في كسب معيشتي؟

I recently joined a new organization in the Hamriyah Free Zone, and my previous organization has not released my end-of-service benefits.
The HR has instructed the finance team not to do so because I had contacted one of their clients.
In my DMCC contract, there is no Non-Compete clause, but the offer letter has one, and now they are not releasing the end-of-service.

I have multiple cheque execution cases filed against me due to financial strains last year.
My trade license and visa will expire next month, along with my Emirates ID.
Is it possible for me to renew my license and visa along with EID prior to settling the execution cases?
