تغيير الكفيل لشركة شخص واحد
س: مرحبًا سيدة نخات،
لدي رخصة لشركة شخص واحد وهي شركة وساطة عقارية باسم كفيل إماراتي. لكن لدي توكيل عام باسمه.
والآن أريد أن أغيّر الكفيل. تأشيرتي الآن تأشيرة عمل، كمدير عام، لكن يمكنني إضافة اسمي إلى الرخصة.
هل يمكنني تغيير الكفيل دون توقيع منه؟

هل عدم حكم القاضي الجزائي بالتعويض المدني يُعد حجة على القاضي المدني بعدم التعويض؟
السلام عليكم،
رفعت دعوى جزائية ضد شخص عن السب مع طلب التعويض المدني المؤقّت. حُكم على المُشتكَى ضده بغرامة بقيمة 5000 آلاف ولم يحكم القاضي بالتعويض المدني المؤقت 5001+ للمشتكي.
المحكمة أحالت الدعوى إلى المحكمة المدنية المختصة.
هل عدم القضاء من القاضي الجزائي بالتعويض المدني المؤقت يُعد حجة على القاضي المدني بعدم التعويض؟

How can we get a company to pay us for the services provided?
We are a medical center in Abu Dhabi that provided round-the-clock PCR services to the staff of a Marine company in Abu Dhabi between July and November 2022.
The credit period for payment has expired more than 4 months ago, and the company has not provided any updates regarding our outstanding payment of over 100,000 AED.

لدي بنت تجاوزت ١٣ سنة وابن تجاوز ١١ سنة وهم في حضانة أمهم حاليًا. أمهم متزوجة من رجل أجنبي عن المحضونين وأنوي رفع قضية إسقاط حضانة الأولاد وضمهم إليّ.
السؤال:
هل يجب أن أكون متزوجًا أو لدي من النساء مَن يقوم برعاية الأبناء حتى أربح القضية؟

إمكانية المرور ترانزيت عبر دول مجلس التعاون رغم وجود قضية جنائية
السلام عليكم،
هل يستطيع شخص مُبعد من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي المرور بها عن طريق الترانزيت؟
علمًا بأن القضية جنائية كانت في السعودية وقضيت العقوبة هناك، وبعدها ذهبت إلى الإمارات، وبعد قضاء سنتين تم الترحيل من هناك أيضًا على إثرها.
الآن سأسافر إلى دولة روسيا ولكن عن طريق الترانزيت.

How to recover money when the borrower disappeared without a security check?

One person owes me 50,000 dirhams and was supposed to return the entire amount, including the monthly investment with 5% interest.
However, he has suddenly disappeared and is not returning the principal amount or the interest. I have not received any security check from him.

Is it legal for a landlord to cut DEWA before the rental court verdict?
Hello,
I was supposed to renew my rental contract in early February, but due to harassment and threats, we agreed in rental court that we would settle and move out.
Now, while awaiting the verdict, the landlord has gone ahead and canceled DEWA.

I have leased out a shop in Dubai, but due to huge financial losses and my husband's job loss, I can't afford to pay the rent. Meanwhile, my landlord has filed a case for eviction and payment of rent.
Right now, my condition is getting better as my husband has got a job and is ready to pay the rent in installments.
Can I pay in installments and hold the shop even if the judgment goes against me?
