Visa cancellation time frame after resignation
Hi,
I work on an unlimited contract and completed 1 year. I want to resign so I have one question regarding that.
After resignation, when does my employer start with the visa cancellation?
Dear questioner,
Ideally, the employer should start the process of cancellation at the last working day of the notice period of the employee.
However, in some cases when there is any sort of conflict or non-approval between the parties for the financial settlement, the employer tend to wait till an amicable agreement or a court verdict is issued in regards to the conflict.
