Is it possible to travel back to the UAE or other countries if I was deported for homosexuality?

Hello,

Just wanted to ask if I can return to the UAE or if my case will be removed.

I got detained in prison with a case of “Gay” for 6 months and was deported back to Thailand and I am currently in Thailand.

My question is if I am going to apply for a working visa to Canada and they do an international background criminal check, will they know that I was detained before in the UAE?

Or my case was already removed. I have left the UAE since 2017 and never went back since then.

Hope you can answer me.

Thanks

There is no link between the UAE systems and the Canadian systems.

You may get in trouble if your crime is international. For example, human trafficking.

Hi

Hope you are doing well.

It depends on your case. If there is some travel ban, you can not enter UAE. If there aren't any issues, you are free to travel.

In order to check any cases, it is possible to inquire about the cases related to a particular court in one emirate, and it is produced by the existence of cases, which is the goal of the client's request.

The cost of searching for this option is 645 dirhams, not including the POA fees.
