لقد كنت أعمل لدى شركة في إمارة دبي لمدة 23 عامًا ولم أحصل على مستحقات نهاية الخدمة وعمولة المبيعات.
جئت إلى الهند لتلقي العلاج ولم أتمكن من استئناف عملي سريعًا لأن العلاج كان طويلًا، لذلك ألغت الشركة تأشيرتي ووظفت شخصًا آخر في منصبي.
لقد طلبت منهم كثيرًا دفع مستحقات نهاية الخدمة ولكن مدير الموارد البشرية أساء التصرف وهددني بطريقة غير أخلاقية وغير مهنية. ماذا يجب عليّ أن أفعل؟
هل يمكنني رفع قضية ضد الشركة للمطالبة بمستحقاتي؟ أنا مشلول ولا أستطيع المشي بطريقة سليمة في الوقت الحالي وأعاني كثيرًا. هل يمكنك تقديم المساعدة لي من فضلك؟

تحية طيبة،
سيدتي، أنا أعمل في شركة منطقة حرة كمدير تنفيذي مبيعات. أبلغت شركتي بحالتي الطبية الطارئة واضطررت إلى المغادرة إلى بلدي.
بعد مغادرتي للبلاد، التقيت بالطبيب، وقال إن الأمر سيستغرق أكثر من 4 أشهر للتعافي بعد جلسات العلاج الطبيعي.
اتصلت بشركتي في هذه الأثناء وأبلغتهم بحالتي الطبية وطلبت منهم إلغاء التأشيرة، حيث لا أريد العمل بعد الآن، وبدلاً من ذلك أريد أن أبدأ نشاطًا تجاريًا في الإمارات بعد شفائي.
ما يشغل بالي الآن هو أن الشركة لا تريد إلغاء تأشيرتي ويضايقونني. سيقاضونني بقضية ما.

Can I pay the fine to close a credit card if the bank asks for huge amount to settle?
Dear Team,
I have an issue with my credit card, which was issued in 2013 and I used the same till 2018, all the payments had done on time.
Unfortunately, last time in 2018, I was troubled by a financial crisis. Due to the same, I had some amount pending on my credit card, and in 2018, I went to my home country as I lost my job.
This year, two months back, I came back to UAE. Now the bank team is asking for a huge amount for the settlement.

Can I claim my labor rights if my employer did not renew my contract?
I am a doctor by profession, and my contract with my company was valid till June 2023.
Last year in September 2022, I canceled my company visa to apply for Golden Visa. After stamping my Golden Visa, my company didn't provide me with a new contract.
My question is can I continue working without a new contract?

I bought a flat in April in Dubai with my husband. The flat has a tenant with a rental contract from the previous owner.
The tenancy contract expires in June. The tenant has previously committed to leave and now wants to stay.
1. Can we force the tenant to leave as per previous confirmations?
2. If we can't make the tenant leave, can we modify the contract (rent, number of cheques, etc) because we did not sign the original contract?

Is it legal for a landlord to cut DEWA before the rental court verdict?
Hello,
I was supposed to renew my rental contract in early February, but due to harassment and threats, we agreed in rental court that we would settle and move out.
Now, while awaiting the verdict, the landlord has gone ahead and canceled DEWA.

I have leased out a shop in Dubai, but due to huge financial losses and my husband's job loss, I can't afford to pay the rent. Meanwhile, my landlord has filed a case for eviction and payment of rent.
Right now, my condition is getting better as my husband has got a job and is ready to pay the rent in installments.
