المطالبة بالمستحقات عند إنهاء الخدمة بعد السفر إلى الوطن لتلقي العلاج

س: سيدتي، لقد كنت أعمل لدى شركة في إمارة دبي لمدة 23 عامًا ولم أحصل على مستحقات نهاية الخدمة وعمولة المبيعات. جئت إلى الهند لتلقي العلاج ولم أتمكن من استئناف عملي سريعًا لأن العلاج كان طويلًا، لذلك ألغت الشركة تأشيرتي ووظفت شخصًا آخر في منصبي. لقد طلبت منهم كثيرًا دفع مستحقات نهاية الخدمة ولكن مدير الموارد البشرية أساء التصرف وهددني بطريقة غير أخلاقية وغير مهنية. ماذا يجب عليّ أن أفعل؟ هل يمكنني رفع قضية ضد الشركة للمطالبة بمستحقاتي؟ أنا مشلول ولا أستطيع المشي بطريقة سليمة في الوقت الحالي وأعاني كثيرًا. هل يمكنك تقديم المساعدة لي من فضلك؟

Dear Team, I have an issue with my credit card, which was issued in 2013 and I used the same till 2018, all the payments had done on time. Unfortunately, last time in 2018, I was troubled by a financial crisis. Due to the same, I had some amount pending on my credit card, and in 2018, I went to my home country as I lost my job. Hi Sir, My husband had a judgment where he was found not guilty, as the misdemeanor court stated that it doubts the charges against the accused and found no conclusive evidence except the statements in the report files. The court considered this invalid because there was no translator.
