س: لقد تخلفت عن سداد قرض شخصي بسبب فقدان العمل في عام 2016. ثم وكلّت صديقي ودفعت له لتسوية المتأخرات.
أريد أن أعرف هل إذا سويت القضية في المحكمة، فهل سيعطيني البنك خطاب مخالصة؟
أعطاني صديقي خطاب مخالصة من الهجرة وكذلك شهادة بحث الحالة الجنائية.
هل يمكن اعتباري بأنني تخلصت من المسؤولية بناءً على مخالصة الهجرة وشهادة بحث الحالة الجنائية؟
هل يمكن للبنك فتح القضية مرة أخرى ضدي في المستقبل؟ كيف يمكنني إغلاق حسابي البنكي؟
هل الحرمان المفروض من الهجرة والمنع من السفر هما نفس الشيء؟
ما الذي يجب علي فعله لإعادة التأكيد على أن كل شيء سليم قانونيًا؟

س: أنا مواطن مقيم في المملكة المتحدة وأهدف إلى التفاوض على تسوية بشأن التزامات في دولة الإمارات مع أحد البنوك الكبيرة.
هل أنا على صواب في افتراض أن خطاب المخالصة من البنك بمجرد سداد الدين سيحتاج إلى تصديقه من قبل كاتب العدل في دولة الإمارات للوقوف في وجه التدقيق من قبل السلطات إذا تم احتجازي في المستقبل بسبب قضية تتعلق بهذا الأمر ؟

الحصول على شهادة براءة ذمة من البنك بعد سداد الديون
س: مرحبًا،
لقد غادرت دولة الإمارات عام 2015، وكان هناك قرض مصرفي وبطاقات ائتمان يجب علي سدادها واحدة تلو الأخرى. في الوقت الحالي غادرت البلاد وآخر بطاقة ائتمان مستحقة الدفع لأحد البنوك.
وبسبب فيروس كورونا لم أتمكن من الدفع. لقد تواصلت مع البنك ولكني لم أتلق رد من جانبهم للتوصل إلى تسوية.
وفجأة بدأت إحدى وكالات تحصيل الديون التواصل معي وطلبوا مني دفع حوالي 12,000 درهم وهو أمر صعب للغاية. يرجى تقديم المشورة.
لقد دفعت لأحد البنوك وحصلت على شهادة براءة ذمة، ودفعت لبنك آخر لكنهم لم يعطوني شهادة براءة ذمة على الرغم من المطالبة بذلك كثيرًا. ما الذي يجب أن يحدث في هذه الحالة؟

What to do if the bank is pursiung me to pay after a criminal case and paying?
Q: Dear Inquirer,
In 2018, the bank filed a criminal case against me for my unpaid credit card balance.
The court ordered me to pay it and I did pay it thru the court.
Now the bank is pursuing me again to pay the said amount.
Please advise

How can I make sure that the execution case settlement offered by the bank 
Q: I have an ongoing cheque execution case that has been active for a year.
Finally, after lengthy negotiations, the bank is willing to waive the interest and late payment fees and close the loan in a single settlement after issuing an offer letter.
Should I trust them and proceed, or should I inform the court about settling the matter outside the court?
I am concerned that they might refuse to withdraw the case or demand additional payments such as legal fees after I make the final payment.
Please advise.

Is it obligatory to issue an invoice for my customer to process his down payment?
Our system doesn't allow us to issue an invoice unless the goods exist in our inventory. We also require this advance or down payment as confirmation of his order.
My customer is insisting on issuing him an invoice and says that this is required by UAE laws.

I have a malpractice case ongoing against me and my hospital, with an appeal pending at the Court of Cassation.
A lawyer was hired by the malpractice insurance company, who is following up on the case.
However, I am not satisfied with the present lawyer and want to hire a personal lawyer on my side.

My husband had a judgment where he was found not guilty, as the misdemeanor court stated that it doubts the charges against the accused and found no conclusive evidence except the statements in the report files.
The court considered this invalid because there was no translator. After this, if the Public Prosecution appeals, will the verdict remain unchanged and be upheld if there is nothing more than this

كيف يمكنني الاستعلام عن قضية إبعاد أمني ومحاولة العودة إلى الإمارات؟
السلام عليكم،
أود الاستفسار بشأن قضية إبعاد زوج خالتي من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. زوج خالتي كان مقيماً في الإمارات وكان قد وُلد وترعرع هناك.
في عام 2013 تم إبعاده من الإمارات، وكان ذلك نتيجة لسياسات حكومية كانت تستهدف مجموعة من المقيمين في تلك الفترة، وهو لم يكن قد ارتكب أي مخالفة في ذلك الوقت وكان يُعتبر ضحية للسياسات المتبعة.
أرغب في معرفة الإجراءات التي يجب أن أتبعها حالياً من أجل رفع هذا الإبعاد وتمكينه من العودة إلى الإمارات.
أرجو أن توضح لي كيف يمكنني مساعدته في هذا الموضوع.
