Can the bank withhold my EOSB after changing jobs and providing all documents?
I have a loan from a bank and I have changed my job, the bank is holding my end of service.
It's been 4 months now and my new salary is transferred to them and I never defaulted on a payment. what to do?
Noting that my new salary is higher than the old one but the bank is claiming that my new company is not registered with them and rejecting to release the amounts.
P.S. The original loan amount is 550K (including interest) balance amount to be paid is 380 K and my EOS is 195K.

It is not logical, you need to submit a complaint.
You can contact us by phone and will guide you to resolve this issue.
You can get your end-of-service benefits once you present your new salary certificate to the bank.
Furthermore it:
1. Yes, you can use the new bank direct debit system to pay off your loan.
2. Yes, the current bank has the right to deduct the subsequent monthly installments from the end-of-service benefits
You may have agreed to set off amounts due in the Terms and Conditions you signed when opening the account with the Bank.
However, the bank is only entitled to set off if you default on your payments. It is preferable to hire a lawyer to recover your reward.

Hi,
You must speak to your bank about this. Also, email them keeping the central bank in CC.
