The court does not charge a fee for dropping the case. Fees paid when filing a case are not refundable.

No case is registered without fees, except for the labor case. Your case may not be registered. If it is not registered, there is no case.

However, if you reach a settlement with the defendant, then some of the fees can be refunded.
