Is it possible to withdraw a suit and then file the same suit again just by increasing the money?

In other words, After withdrawing the case I once filed, can I file a complaint with the same case?

(The only difference between the two is that the litigation value increased).

You may withdraw the suit with a permission from the court for refiling on new grounds.

If it's a case of enhanced money, then you can refile with the excess amount by paying the necessary court fees.

The other option is to amend the existing suit instead of withdrawing the same.
