How to stop UAE debt collectors from harassing me?

I have outstanding debts in the UAE, but I live overseas now.
Debt collectors are reaching out to the companies I work for, creating embarrassment and harassment.
Is there any legal way to make them stop?

Harassment for loan refunds is illegal.
They can take action against you but they cannot misbehave or harass you.
You can file a criminal complaint at the nearest police station against the person who is harassing you or bringing you into disrepute.
You can file a complaint with the Central Bank against this bank if this was done by one of its employees.
