Why do travel agencies put absconding on people's visas without any notification?

Why are travel agencies in Abu Dhabi putting absconding on people's visas without any notification?

Even if it is one day that the person overstayed his visa, do they have to put abscond on his/her visa that will give him/her a tough time removing it?
