Staying in Dubai despite being declared medically unfit for an employment visa

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is the first time I have received my employment visa. However, after the medical examination, I was declared medically unfit.

Could you please advise me on what to do next so that I don't have to leave Dubai and can stay here?

Is it possible for me to undergo treatment and obtain a medical fitness certificate, which would enable me to apply for a visa again?
