Leaving UAE with unpaid 3700 dirham overstay fine: Possible or not?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been fined 3700 dirhams for overstaying because my company was unable to provide me with a visa.

They have now asked me to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I am unable to pay the fine.

Is it possible for me to leave the country without paying the fine?

If you exit the country without paying the fines, you will not be able to enter the country again for 12 months.

You can file a complaint against them with the Ministry of Human Resources.

You can call them.

Get their number through their website, file the complaint, then they will try to settle it.

If they didn't settle it, it will be converted into a labor case. In this phase, you will need a lawyer to write a memo and represent you before the court.

In the event of overstay fines after the end of the visit period, we make a request to reduce the fines and settle the situation.

In this case, several procedures are needed, including submitting a new visit visa or a new job offer upon completion of the payment of fines after the reduction, and amending the situation immediately to not calculate additional fines.
