Do I need to give a new eviction notice to the tenant after purchasing an apartment?

Hello,

I am about to buy a rented apartment in Dubai. The current owner issued an eviction notice to the tenant around 9 months ago, giving them 12 months to leave the property.

The reason mentioned in the notice is to sell the apartment.

If I buy the apartment now, does the eviction notice transfer to me and the tenant will be forced to leave on the same date?

Or do I need to issue another eviction notice to the tenant, giving them another 12 months to leave?
