Q: Good afternoon, I was involved in a major car accident that went through public prosecution. It is important to know that I am the victim in this. My car has been declared a total loss, and they are offering 50% less than the insured sum. I am also trying to recover our medical expenses and personal injury following the accident, for which I have all the invoices and medical diagnosis reports. My insurance is [------] fully comprehensive, but they are not offering any support with recovering the medical expenses or with claiming for personal injury, as I was not at fault in this accident. The faulty party's insurance legal representative mentioned that she does not understand English and does not understand the emails or documents that I send.
