أعطوني إشعارًا قبل 15 يومًا وأخبروني أنهم سيدفعون في آخر يوم عمل في الشركة، هل هذا جائز؟

إنهاء خدمة موظف خلال فترة الاختبار وخصم راتبه المستحق
س: مرحبًا،
لقد أنهت الشركة خدمتي خلال فترة الاختبار.
هناك راتب شهرين معلق. طلبوا مني التوقيع على وثائق إلغاء تصريح العمل وأخبروني أنه بعد الإلغاء سيتم دفع الراتب المعلق المستحق لي.
لقد وقّعت الوثائق وتم الإلغاء. ولكن في الوقت الحالي أخبروني أنه سيتم خصم تكاليف استخراج التأشيرة والمصروفات الأخرى من الرواتب المعلقة. وأخبروني أنه تم إلغاء تأشيرتي وأنه ليس لديّ أي علاقة مع الشركة.
ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل في هذه الحالة؟

My employer is still refusing to release my passport. They say I need to show them an exit paper or a new visa, but I was already terminated from their employment last March 2023.

My wife got terminated after one and half month of starting job. what can she do?
Q: My wife got a job offer and she joined there. After 1.5 months, they informed her that they were restructuring their employees and told her to discontinue the job.
She was on a family visa so they didn't process any work permit. We have only the offer letter in hand.

Now he is not answering the phone, and the property is still in use.

I have a signed thumb-impression cash receipt. What options do I have to recover the AED 7000 advance paid to the employee?

Does this case count as a criminal conviction under UAE law, or was it handled as a civil matter?
If I apply for a U.S. visa, will I need to submit court records under the requirement for applicants with past convictions?

My neighbors on the upper floor are causing noise throughout the day, almost 24/7. They keep dragging furniture, dropping heavy objects, and slamming doors.
The property manager was not very helpful, and I cannot sleep or take power naps. I sleep when they do and wake up when they wake up.
Also, there are 6 family members in a one-bedroom apartment in Dubai.
