طلب إلغاء التأشيرة والحصول على مكافأة نهاية الخدمة عند الاستقالة

س: مرحبًا، أعمل حاليًا في شركة مسجلة في المنطقة الحرة لمركز دبي للسلع المتعددة. لقد قدمت استقالتي وأنا حاليًا أعمل في فترة إخطار مدتها 30 يومًا، والمتبقي منها 10 أيام. يبدو أن صاحب العمل يؤخر الإجراءات حيث أنه لم يناقش إجراءات ترك العمل ولا مكافأة نهاية الخدمة إلى الآن. 1) ما الذي يمكنني فعله إذا أخر صاحب العمل أو رفض إلغاء / تحويل التأشيرة؟ أريد أن ألغي / أحول التأشيرة لأن هناك عمل جديد ينتظرني. 2) هل هو أمر قانوني أن يقوم صاحب العمل بوقف إلغاء أو تحويل التأشيرة؟ 3) ما التدابير القانونية التي يمكن للموظف اتخاذها؟ هل يمكن للموظف أن يتقدم بشكوى ويطالب بالتعويض عن الأضرار التي حدثت له جراء التأخير في استلام العمل، والتي تتضمن ما فاته من راتب وفرص وظيفية؟ 4) في حالة الاختلاف حول مكافأة نهاية الخدمة، هل سيكون بالإمكان عمل إلغاء أو تحويل التأشيرة ولاحقًا نقوم بتسوية مكافأة نهاية الخدمة بشكل منفصل ( حتى أتجنب التأخير عن تاريخ استلامي للعمل الجديد)؟ 5) قال صاحب العمل أن مكافأة نهاية الخدمة قد تم دفعها ضمن مكافأة السنة الماضية. هل هذا قانوني؟ شكرًا لك مقدمًا.

س: أعمل لدى إحدى الشركات التابعة للمنطقة الحرة في تيكوم. لقد استقلت منذ شهر وأكملت الآن فترة الإشعار لكنهم لم يلغوا تأشيرتي. يطلب صاحب العمل الجديد وثائق الإلغاء لإلحاقي بالعمل. الشركة الحالية لم تقم بإصدارها. أريد معرفة عدد الأيام التي يمكن أن تستغرقها الشركة في إلغاء تأشيرتي؟ وما هي الإجراءات الواجب عليّ اتخاذها إذا أخروا إلغاء التأشيرة؟

Is it mandatory to visit the CID in person to update my records?

Respected Advisors, I have been involved in a few criminal cases since 2017, but all of them were cleared by this year. I have obtained release letters for all the cases from the public prosecution office through an online portal. Recently, I also received my residence visa. After the visa process was completed, I applied for a PCC online. However, the request was rejected. I contacted the 901 office, and they advised me to visit the CID. I arranged for a power of attorney to be granted along with all the necessary documents to update the system. Twice I was told to come in person, but I am hesitant to do so because of my previous negative experience. Could someone please advise me whether I must go in person or if the person holding the power of attorney can handle the process? Thank you!

How can the heirs of a deceased person distribute his shares if there is a minor?

My father died recently. We are Muslim residents in Dubai. I have siblings including a minor who is 16 years old. My father has land and vehicles under his name. If I am applying for inheritance, does the minor need to have a share in ALL the properties and vehicles or can she be given a particular property/vehicle? Secondly, if we want the land to be in her name, and she manages it (like renting and bank), does it require an adult? Can the vehicles be transferred to someone else’s name without including her? ما هي خياراتي إذا رفض زوجي دفع نفقة الطفل؟

Can we legally claim unpaid dues for food supplies based on emails and invoices?

Hello, We have an agreement with a company to supply food for their buffet on a daily basis, with invoices to be issued monthly and payment to be made every three months. The relationship actually lasted for nine months, and payment was made for two periods. In the third period, due to disagreements between our company and the company to which the supply was made, they refused to pay, noting that the outstanding amount so far is fifty-four thousand dirhams.
