س: رفع المنع الإماراتي بعد الشفاء من مرض السل: علي منع على التأشيرة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بسبب مرض السل خلال الاختبار الطبي. لذا تركت الإمارات العربية المتحدة قبل عام واحد، والآن بعد العلاج، أنا على ما يرام، ولكن توجد مشكلة وهي آثار مرض السل القديم.

Removing a UAE ban after recovery from TB medical condition

Q: I have visa ban in the UAE due to TB during my medical fitness test. So, I Left the UAE one year before and now after treatment, I'm ok with the problem but I'm having TB scars. Is it possible to lift my ban and apply for a new visa? If possible, please guide me.

س: سيدتي العزيزة، طاب يومك! أنا من الفليبين. أرغب في طلب المشورة القانونية بخصوص وضعي. ذهبت إلى دبي للبحث عن وظيفة في مارس 2015، ولحسن الحظ تم تعييني من قبل إحدى الشركات في دبي، لكن لسوء الحظ كانت نتيجة الفحص الطبي غير مناسبة للعمل بسبب ندوب في الرئة. تحدثت مع موظف العلاقات العامة للشركة وسألته إن كان لا يزال بإمكاني التقدم بطلب للحصول على تأشيرة جديدة وقال نعم. لذلك غادرت إلى "القسم" لكن قبل أن أغادر إلى "القسم" قمت بإجراء مسح لبصمة العين. هذا يزعجني لأنه لا يوجد حرمان مطبوع على جواز سفري. وحيث ان موظف العلاقات العامة أخبرني أنه لا بأس في التقدم بطلب للحصول على تأشيرة جديدة، فقد غادرت "القسم" وانتظرت تأشيرتي الجديدة. ولكن ما حدث لي كان أمرًا فوضويًا. أخبرني موظف العلاقات العامة على برنامج فايبر أن علي حرمان بالفعل في دبي. هل هناك أي طريقة لرفع هذا الحرمان؟ أريد حقاً العودة إلى دبي. آمل أن تتمكني من مساعدتي يا سيدتي. بارك الله فيكِ.

I was deported because of old TB scars on my lung. How can I lift the ban?

Q: Hi Sir, How Are You? I am from India and I am a salesman at XYZ Shop In Sharjah. After completing 2 months, I went for a medical test my blood test was good but in the X-ray, they found a little scar on my left lung. They transferred my medical report to (EHS) where I met a doctor who told me that I had TB. But I don't know when I had this disease, maybe in childhood. Then I went for a gold TB test at a medical center where I met a TB specialist. After completing my sputum or blood test for 3-4 days, my test came negative. So I collected all my reports and also a request letter from the doctor about my health, but they did not see my report and deported me. I'm really worried that I cannot come to the UAE for my entire life not only on a resident visa but also tourist or visit visa. Please can you help me? Is there any legal process that I can lift my ban for at least a tourist visa?

How to file a case against my former company for unpaid salary I was not on their visa?

Dear Legal Advice Middle East, I hope you are well. I am seeking legal advice regarding an unpaid salary issue with my former employer, [-----]2 LLC. I was employed with them from December 4, 2024, to January 7, 2025, on a monthly salary of 5,000 AED. However, I only received a partial payment of 2,473 AED on February 24, 2025. The remaining 2,527 AED is still unpaid. I submitted a complaint to MOHRE on March 2, 2025, but I am unable to proceed further through their official channels. As a result, I do not meet the criteria to file a labor complaint via the MOHRE app or hotline.
