لقد رفعت قضية عمالية ضد صاحب العمل بسبب عدم دفع التسوية النهائية. قبل شهر من استقالتي، وافقت على دفع ما يعادل 10 آلاف درهم مقابل الحصول على تدريب.
لم أوقّع أي ورقة حول هذا الاتفاق. لقد تأخر راتبي لمدة أربعة أشهر. والدليل الوحيد على ذلك هو المعاملة المصرفية لأنهم لا يرسلون الراتب إلا عن طريق التحويل المصرفي.
راتبي خمسة آلاف درهم في الشهر. عندما رفعت القضية في مركز العضيد، أخبروني أنه يمكنني الحصول على 30 ألف مقابل الرواتب المعلقة لمدة أربعة أشهر، ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة، وراتب الإجازة. الجلسة الأولى الأسبوع المقبل. لقد عملت في الشركة لمدة سنة وثمانية أشهر.
1. هل سأحتاج إلى توكيل محامٍ لحضور الجلسة القادمة أم أن مركز العضيد سيوفر لي واحدًا؟
2. ما هي الأشياء الأخرى التي أحتاجها للتحضير للجلسة الأولى؟
3. هل يمكنني طلب تعويض ثلاثة أشهر (15 ألف درهم) لأنني لم أتمكن من الحصول على وظيفة أخرى لأنهم أخروا إجراءات إلغاء تأشيرتي؟

إصدار إقامة رغم وجود دعوى عمالية غير منتهية
س: السلام عليكم،
رفعت دعوى عمالية بوزارة الموارد البشرية وقد أحالتها لمركز العضيد. تصل لي رسائل بشأنها ولم أحضر أي جلسة.
بعد فترة أخذت مستحقاتي ووقعت على ورقة تنازل لصاحب العمل أنني أخذت مستحقاتي وهو لم يسألني عن شيء. لم أراجع المحكمة أيضًا.
أستصدر حاليًا إقامة جديدة وإذا بالطلب مُعلّق!
مع العلم أنني لم أحضر أي جلسة.
ماذا أفعل لأكمل إجراءات الإقامة؟

Can I file a case against a friend for privacy breach if he claimed I scolded him for his act?
On Jan 2, 2025, one of my close friends did a privacy breach and recorded me and my van in some specific place.
On Feb 5, when I called and asked him why he did this to me, he went and gave a complaint that I scolded him and threatened him.
The same case was later closed by the PP when we negotiated outside the station and apologized.
At this juncture, can I file a privacy breach case against him, which happened on Jan 2, 2025, and on Feb 5 I scolded him only for the privacy breach that happened on Jan 2?
