س: صهري في السجن بسبب أخذه مبلغ 12 مليون درهم إماراتي من شركته، وهو قيد الحبس الاحتياطي  في سجن أبو ظبي بالإمارات العربية المتحدة. أنا لا أعلم ما إذا قد كان أخذ المال أم لا، ولكن صاحب العمل الذي يعمل عنده يقول أنه قد أخذه، وأعطاه ورقة اعتراف بذلك. إنني لا أعلم شيئًا عن الاعتراف الذي أخذه. لم أره إلى الآن لأن هذا الأمر قد حدث الأسبوع الماضي، ولم أكن قادرًا على الذهاب إليه ومقابلته؛ نظرًا لأنه بعيد جدًا عن منزلي، وأيضًا لا تربطني به قرابة عائلية (قرابة دم). أريد الحصول على إذن من النيابة. إنني أحاول أن أقابله الأسبوع القادم. برجاء نصحي بشأن ما يتوجب عليّ فعله، وبشأن الأمور التالية: 1.  بافتراض أن الوقائع السابقة قد حدثت، ما هي المدة التي سيقضيها في السجن؟ 2.  إذا كان هذا ادعاء كاذب من صاحب العمل، كيف يمكننا اثبات براءته؟ 3.  هل ستعطيه المحكمة فرصة لإثبات براءته، وكيف ذلك؟ برجاء ملاحظة أنه ليس لديه محام. 4.  إنني أفترض أن هذا الأمر ادعاء كاذب، حيث أن صاحب العمل يقول أنه بدأ في الاختلاس منذ الأعوام الثلاثة الماضية، وهذه الشركة تقوم بمراجعة وتدقيق الحسابات كل سنة، ولم يجدوا شيئًا.

Q: Due to the harassment, I left the job and return to India without informing my company as if I told them they will not let me leave. But now they filed a case in the UAE that I have stolen AED 20000 from the company, and they also filed a case in India. Q: Before the conclusion of the criminal complaint in the public prosecution, can we file a civil case against the complainant to ascertain the complaint was lodged by the complainant on mala fides and bad faith to harm the defendant?

Q: My wife has a case against her stating that she & a few other colleagues aided their boss in embezzling company finances in their former company. My wife spent a total time of 2 months in training. She was not even provided a visa from that company. The claims of embezzlement happened even before she joined that company. Is there a possibility of having the case against her dropped?
