تحويل أموال الأعمال التجارية من الإنترنت إلى الحساب الخاص

س: مرحبًا، لدي سؤال يتعلق بالأعمال التجارية. لقد أسست شركة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة (مكتب فلكسي"Flexi" في المنطقة الحرة). النشاط التجاري هو التجارة الإلكترونية. لقد سجلت النشاط التجاري وحصلت على تأشيرة مستثمر إماراتي، ولكن عندما حاولت فتح حساب مصرفي، واجهت الكثير من الصعوبات. بينما كنت أنتظر فتح الحساب المصرفي (الأمر الذي استغرق أربعة شهور ولكن رفض موظف البنك فتح حساب مصرفي)، قمت بفتح حساب تاجر مع تلر. لقد بدأت في قبول استقبال المدفوعات من عملائي عبر الإنترنت، والآن لدي أموال في حساب التاجر يمكن سحبها وتحويلها إلى حساب مصرفي خاص بالأعمال التجارية في دولة الإمارات (كما ذكرت سابقًا، ليس لدي حساب مصرفي خاص بالأعمال التجارية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة). لذلك، اتصلت بالبنك وسألت عما إذا كان بإمكانهم تحويل الأموال إلى حسابي المصرفي الشخصي خارج دولة الإمارات (حسابي المصرفي الأمريكي أو حسابي المصرفي الروسي). ولكنهم ذكروا أنه لا يمكنهم تحويل الأموال إلى حسابي المصرفي خارج دولة الإمارات بسبب قواعد مصرف الإمارات المركزي. هل يمكنك أن تقترح علي ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل في هذه الحالة؟

س: مرحبًا، أنا مقيم في دولة الإمارات. أمتلك شركتين؛ شركة منطقة حرة في إمارة دبي تمارس الأنشطة الاستشارية وشركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تمارس الأنشطة التجارية. لذلك لديّ حسابان تجاريان، أحدهما في دولة الإمارات خاص بشركة المنطقة الحرة والآخر في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية خاص بالشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة. هل يحق لي تحويل الأموال من الشركة الأمريكية ذات المسؤولية المحدودة مباشرةً إلى حسابي الإماراتي الشخصي؟ هل سيتم التعامل مع هذه الأموال باعتبارها رواتب أو حصص أرباح؟ هل يجب عليّ تقديم مستندات؟ شكرًا لك مقدمًا.

I visited a salon for a colouring treatment, during which two rounds of bleach, which is not what I booked in for, were given to me without proper approvals, and were applied back-to-back without a strand test or proper consultation. As a result, I’ve been experiencing extreme hair breakage, daily hair loss, and ongoing scalp irritation. This has been especially distressing as I’m currently pregnant. It’s now been over 20 days since the incident, and despite multiple polite follow-ups, the salon has ignored all communication. I’m now exploring legal action to pursue compensation for the physical and emotional distress caused. I have full documentation, messages, and photos. I sent the landlord a notice to renew the lease 90 days earlier as per the contract. Can I change my mind if he didn't respond?

I live in Dubai and I have a one-year rental contract with my landlord. According to the agreement, I must tell the landlord at least 90 days before the contract ends whether I want to renew it or leave. I followed the rule and sent them an email before the 90-day deadline, saying that I want to renew. They replied and said okay, and they asked me to send the new contract so they could sign it. I prepared the new contract (with the rent price fixed according to RERA rules) and sent it to them about two weeks ago. But since then, they haven’t replied or signed the contract. I think maybe they are waiting to see if someone else will offer more money to rent the apartment, so they are delaying their response. Now I am wondering: if they finally send back the signed contract after a long delay—let’s say in one more week—and by that time I’ve changed my mind (for example, I found a better apartment or I’m leaving the country), am I legally required to continue with this landlord?

Can I file a case against a friend for privacy breach if he claimed I scolded him for his act?

On Jan 2, 2025, one of my close friends did a privacy breach and recorded me and my van in some specific place. On Feb 5, when I called and asked him why he did this to me, he went and gave a complaint that I scolded him and threatened him. Getting my children back from the UAE after my ex-husband took them to avoid divorce

Hello, I'm in Canada, and I filed for divorce. My husband, who owns a real estate company in Abu Dhabi, kidnapped our children and took them to the UAE to avoid the divorce and force me back to him. My children are twin boys, 8 years old, and a 10-year-old girl. What can I do? I want to follow them and take my children back, but he says his local Emirati connections will file criminal cases against me and have me jailed if I go there. What can I do remotely? Does the UAE return kidnapped children to their mother? In the UAE, a guardian cannot legally kidnap their own child; what does this mean for my case? If I report him, what happens to my children?
