Leaving the job within probation period

You can, of course, leave the job within three-month probation. However, it doesn't stop the employer from taking legal recourses against as per the terms and conditions of the employment contract you have signed with him.

The best way before resigning would be to take proper legal consultation and have your employment contract reviewed to understand the repercussions.
