The legal way to transfer to another company

Hello,

I would like to ask if I can transfer to another company even if I'm only 8 months with my current employer?

Also, I want to know if I have to pay him or not because of terminating the contract.

Dear Sir/Madam,

You have to complete one year from the date of joining your current sponsor, or the sponsor gives you a "No Objection" letter to enable you to make the local mobility.
