What can I do if I cannot get the amount claimed in real estate execution?

I have a real estate property case, the project is incomplete and has passed the grace period. I filed a court case and won and after 30 days filed an execution.

However, I have not received the funds. I applied for so many requests on the court portal for execution and getting the funds from the developer escrow account but keeps getting rejected.

Just want to know what request I am supposed to apply for, maybe I have been raising the wrong ones. I called DLD and they said they need the court to instruct them to release the amount.

So what do I apply for online to have the court approve it?
