Transferring to a new job during probation

I am under probation period in one company and my probation period is 3 months.

Can I transfer my job to a new company if I don't like the present company?

Apparently yes, but in actual it could be very tough and can land you in a very difficult situation.

I would advise you to get your employment contract reviewed by any law firm and take a proper consultation in order to understand where you stand legally.
