The company refused the resignation. What to do?
Hi,
I am a nurse. I am working in the same company for more than 5 years. According to my contract, I have 3 months notice period.
My contract is ending in November so I submitted my resignation now. It is 3 months prior. But they rejected my resignation. The reason is that they are not getting staff.
I have an offer from a government firm. In this case, what can I do?
What is the legal option?

كما ذكرتِ، يمكن إنهاء العقد في غضون فترة إشعار مدتها ثلاثة أشهر، لذلك يحق لكِ الاستقالة.
إذا لم تقبل الشركة استقالتك، فإنه يمكنك إرسال الاستقالة لهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
إذا لم تسمح لكِ شركتك بالبقاء في العمل لمدة ثلاثة أشهر، فإنه يمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين.
