I could not pay the same as my company was closed and they removed me without intimation.
Wish to clear the outstanding dues, release any criminal case against me and get a police clearance certificate from Dubai police.

إنهاء قضية الشرطة ورفع المنع من السفر في الإمارات
س: طاب يومك،
لقد حصلت على قرض وبطاقة ائتمان من أحد البنوك في الإمارات وقد تعثرت في سداد الدفعات خلال الثمانية أشهر الماضية لأنني عاطل عن العمل، وحاليًا أنا في الهند.
أودعت شيك ضمان قيمته 35,000 درهم إماراتي ولكن تم ارتجاعه، والآن أصبح علي قضية شرطة ومنع من السفر.
حصلت على عرض عمل جديد وصاحب العمل غير قادر على إصدار تأشيرة عمل لي بسبب قضية الشرطة والمنع. لقد حاولت التوصل إلى اتفاق تسوية مع شركة مالية غير مصرفية، ولكن لم نصل إلى اتفاق جيد.
إذًا كيف يمكنني التغلب على هذه المشكلة وتسوية قضية الشرطة؟
هل هناك أي وكالة يمكنها التعامل مع هذا نيابة عني لتسوية قضية الشرطة ورفع المنع من المحكمة؟

Can I be convicted of driving under the influence even if the alcohol test came back negative?
Hello,
I was driving my car when the police stopped me at one point on the road and told me that I was driving under the influence of alcohol.
I tried hard to deny that because I had not actually consumed any alcoholic beverages that day or in the previous three days.
However, a report was filed and a case was opened, but the alcohol test report came back negative. Will I be convicted despite that?
Please answer me. It is urgent.

Can we legally claim unpaid dues for food supplies based on emails and invoices?
Hello,
We have an agreement with a company to supply food for their buffet on a daily basis, with invoices to be issued monthly and payment to be made every three months.
The relationship actually lasted for nine months, and payment was made for two periods. In the third period, due to disagreements between our company and the company to which the supply was made, they refused to pay, noting that the outstanding amount so far is fifty-four thousand dirhams.
Can we claim the amount, noting that the agreement is not written, but there are emails exchanged between us and invoices?

Bank filed a civil case over a loan: Better to settle with the bank or in court?
Good day, Sir,
I have received a message from the Dubai Court stating that a bank has filed a civil case against me. The loan has been pending since February 2019.
I cleared the cheque bounce case earlier with a court fine in 2019. I am looking forward to a minimum settlement plan with the bank. The outstanding amount was around 70,000 AED, and now the message is for 115,000 AED.
What will be the best way for me to proceed: approaching the bank or dealing with it in court?

Demanding that an employee pay for visa charges a year after resigning
Dear Lawyers,
I worked at a bakeshop here in Dubai. I resigned exactly one year ago. Now they want me to pay for visa charges, as stated in the offer letter.
If I cannot pay for the charges, my employer will claim financial loss due to the damages, estimated to be at least 7,000 AED.
What should I do about this? My monthly salary is only 2,800 AED.
