ختم التأشيرة على جواز السفر في وجود قضية أمام المحكمة

س: مرحبًا، حصلت على تأشيرة العمل وقمت بالفعل بتغيير الوضع (خروج / دخول). خرجت بكفالة في قضية قرض بنكي (طلبت الآن إحالة قضيتي إلى المحكمة). هل يمكنني التقدم بطلب لختم التأشيرة على جواز السفر؟ سمعت أنه إذا كان لديك قضية يجري نظرها، فلن يسمح لك بختم التأشيرة على جواز السفر. هل هذا صحيح؟ برجاء إبداء النصح.

س: سيدتي العزيزة، لدي قضية جنائية ضدي في مركز شرطة البحيرة. جئت من الهند في 12 فبراير. أوقفوني في دائرة الهجرة وأخبروني أن لدي قضية جنائية. ثم أخذوني إلى مركز الشرطة. بعد ذلك، احتفظوا بجواز سفري في مركز الشرطة وخرجت. المشكلة هي أنني ذهبت إلى محكمة الشارقة في 15 مارس وطلبت إحالة ملفي إلى المحكمة. لكن لم يحال الملف حتى هذه اللحظة. ذهبت إلى المحكمة ومركز الشرطة عدة مرات ولكن دون جدوى. ستنتهي تأشيرتي قريبًا. كيف يمكنني حل هذه المشكلة؟ أرجو منكِ إرشادي. تم اختياري للمقابلة لكن لن أحصل على التأشيرة الجديدة دون إنهاء القضية. من فضلك قول لي ما إذا كان هناك خيار لإنهاء القضية في أقرب وقت ممكن. تأشيرتي تنتهي في 10 مايو.
