Actions to be taken against an alleged domestic violence claim

My wife has lodged a complaint against me for domestic violence. Though fight happened between us, her allegations are not correct.
She also got a very light scratch on her face and report received from the hospital is life-threatening. What needs to be done?
I think she registered a police complaint against you for assault on her which is a criminal offence.
You should make your defence carefully and you also try to settle the matter with your wife, so she can give you a release letter and complaint can be closed.
If compliance did not happen to close according to what are the charges, consult with lawyer.
Maybe soon the public prosecution will take your statement also, and you may be arrested. All depends on what kind of injuries and how your wife provides evidence against you.
