س: طاب يومك، قدم أخي على تأشيرة، وطلبوا منه المغادرة بعد فترة. لذا طلب راتبه عن هذه الأيام والحصول على جواز سفره للبحث عن وظيفة أخرى. رفضوا وطلبوا منه مال لإعطائه جواز السفر. ذهب أخي إلى المحكمة ورفع قضية لاسترداد جواز السفر، لكنهم أخبروه بأنهم لا يمكنهم فعل أي شيء لأنه ليس لديه بطاقة هوية أو أي وثائق تثبت هويته. يرجى تقديم المشورة بشأن ما يجب القيام به.

س: سيدي العزيز، انتهت القضية وصدر الحكم منذ شهرين. لقد قام صاحب العمل بإيداع الأموال منذ 50 يومًا وتم إلغاء تأشيرتي الآن. لكنني لم أتلق الشيك من المحكمة. أنا متواجد بصورة غير قانونية الآن لأنه مضى أكثر من 3 أشهر منذ انتهاء تأشيرتي. هل يجب علي دفع غرامة البقاء بتأشيرة منتهية الصلاحية؟ ومتى يجب أن أستلم الشيك؟ يقولون إنني سأتلقى رسالة ولكن مر وقت طويل الآن ولم أتلقى أي رسالة أو مكالمة. يرجى المساعدة وتقديم اقتراح.

Q: Hello, I'm currently on a probation period. However, since the environment is toxic, I have decided to resign. I also agreed to pay for the visa costs incurred. I was hired here in the UAE and not from the Philippines. However, my employer told me that he will send me back to the Philippines. Does he have the right to do that?

Do I have to pay a penalty if terminated after completing my contract period?

Sir, As per my contract period, they mentioned that if I leave the company before 1 year, I have to pay 5000 dirhams. But I have already completed more than 1 year and 3 months. The company has given me a warning letter saying my work performance is low, and if I continue like this, they will terminate me.
