Possibility to hold renewing a labour contract for a few months

Hi,

I am on my father's visa. My labour contract in a private company is getting expired in April. I want to apply for 6 months long leave and planning to rejoin by August.

Will there be any issue if I leave early without renewing my labour contract which is due in April?

Will the expense incurred by the company to renew my labour contract in April (which is not possible since I would be on leave) and the expense to reapply for another labour card when I return from leave in August be the same?

Please note that I am not on the company's visa.
