Will I get a labour ban if I am dismissed during a probation period?
Hello Respected Sir/Madam,
I am here with doubts upon my UAE labour ban. I was hired on visit visa and changed that visit visa to employment visa within one month of hiring.
Being for two months with the company with Emirates ID, I was terminated. The reason was the technician who's left the company before my arrival returned. So I have to return my country of origin. I have the visa cancellation paper.
Can I search a job in the UAE, Dubai, Sharjah? Or is there any ban on me?
Hope you understood my doubts. Any help would be appreciated.

If your current employer is willing to provide you with the NOC to work with another employer then there will be no labour ban.
But in case, your employer is not willing to provide the NOC and wishes to cancel your employment contract, the Ministry of Labour may impose a labour ban on you.
