How to cancel the visa and get labour dues from the ex-employer
How I can get my cancellation and my dues in my previous company, as I will get a job offer in a company but they need the cancellation paper?
I filed a complaint at the Ministry of Labour and my 1st appointment will be tomorrow. I need my cancellation urgently; please advise.
My company is asking for my passport before my cancellation and they said they will not return my passport unless I have a new visa from another company (my passport is with me).
Also, I need my salary and they said they don't know when they will release it. Please advise, what is the best thing I can do for this issue?

ردًا على سؤالك، أولاً وقبل كل شيء، لا تعطي جواز سفرك لصاحب العمل السابق (الشركة). إنه من غير القانوني أن يحتفظوا به معهم.
بالنسبة لموعدك غدًا، ننصحك بأن تطلب من وزارة العمل إحالة قضيتك إلى المحكمة وأن تستلم ورقة تحويل منها وبعد ذلك أرفع قضية أمام محكمة العمل.
بعد رفع القضية، يمكنك الحصول على تصريح عمل مؤقت من وزارة العمل للانضمام إلى شركة جديدة حتى تنتهي قضيتك.
يمكنك إلغاء تأشيرتك بعد صدور الحكم في القضية. إذا كنت ترغب في إلغاء تأشيرتك قبل ذلك، يجب عليك تسوية هذه المشكلة بشكل ودي مع شركتك السابقة.
