Can the law of other countries be applied in Dubai Court if the parties in the case are not Emirati?

How to check which law will be implemented in each case? Any specific procedure?

Thank you for your question. What type of contract is it? and is there a governing law and jurisdiction clause clearly stated in the contract?

If there was no governing law and jurisdiction clause in the contract, the Dubai courts will interpret the dispute in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
